Yes you see it (although not the best quality) but a Bad Dad with his child (we assume!) on a leash, and not to mention a cell phone. "Oh yeah Honey, I just took the kids around the block for a walk... I know right, these kids are quite the handful".
I was on a leash when I was a kid.
